Refund Policy
At Vero Beach Airport Shuttle, we strive to provide excellent service and a smooth travel experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have created a fair refund policy to accommodate unexpected changes while maintaining operational efficiency.
Cancellations & Refunds
Full Refund:
Customers who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before their scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before pickup will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or in the event of a no-show.
Delayed or Missed Flights
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to adjust your pickup time. Refunds will not be issued for missed flights unless cancellation terms are met.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Vero Beach Airport Shuttle must cancel your ride due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or vehicle issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.
